We’re intentional about who joins. Membership is reviewed on a rolling basis, prioritizing individuals who contribute to the energy, culture, and collaborative mindset that define Eclectic.

Apply with the form online. If selected for an Alignment Conversation, you will meet in person with the founding team to share more about your background & how Eclectic can fuel your next chapter.

Eclectic is built for emerging creatives, founders, and cultural builders. Most members are between 21 and 35, but we welcome those who resonate with our mission and values.

Not necessarily, but our 2026 programming, events, and experiences are in DC.
