Nita Chiruvella
CEO & Co-Founder
Nita Chiruvella is a James Madison University alumna with a Bachelor’s in Business Management & concentration in Entrepreneurship. With a background spanning marketing, startups, and business development, she’s built a versatile skill set across tech & creative industries — developing expertise in growth strategy, brand building, & cross-functional leadership. Guided by entrepreneurial spirit, Nita founded Eclectic, a modern experiential platform designed to bring together young entrepreneurs, creatives, & innovators through immersive events. A passionate music & live events enthusiast who has experienced over 100 live performances, she’s driven by the belief that community & energy are the foundations of sustainability. She is building spaces that embody both.
Skye Jannery-Barney
President & Co-Founder
Skye Jannery-Barney has a proven track record of bringing together leaders across industries and backgrounds. Her career spans leadership advisory, international development, and business development in the corporate, startup, and non-profit sectors, where she has led major initiatives, high-profile events, and engaged in international forums. She co-founded Eclectic to create a platform where innovators connect, exchange ideas, and drive collaboration. Having lived in several countries and traveled widely across six continents, Skye brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to authentic connection. She is a George Washington University alumna with a Bachelor’s in International Affairs and a minor in Psychological & Brain Sciences.
