Mitch Weber

Mitch Weber is an American real estate developer, architect, and entrepreneur with more than 48 years of experience in commercial real estate development, architecture, construction, and facilities management.

Weber is the Principal and Owner of HEFFNER & WEBER Companies, a fully integrated real estate development, design-build, construction, and facilities management firm serving both private sector clients and federal, state, and local government agencies. Throughout his career, he has overseen the development, design, construction, and renovation of tens of millions of square feet of commercial, institutional, and mixed-use properties across the Mid-Atlantic region.

His expertise spans real estate development, land planning, urban design, feasibility analysis, sustainable development, and green building. Weber has been a leading advocate for innovative mixed-use LIVE-WORK-PLAY communities, including the vision and development of the BWI Aerotropolis, a 600-acre airport city adjacent to Baltimore/Washington International Airport that integrates commercial, residential, hospitality, and transportation infrastructure. He has also served as a Founding and Charter Member of the Board of Trustees of The BWI Business Partnership, helping shape economic development throughout the greater BWI region for more than four decades.

In addition to his work in commercial real estate, Weber was the Founder and Managing Partner of Co2 Lounge and a Partner in CESCO Osteria, the award-winning Bethesda restaurant and nightlife destination recognized for its celebrity chef concept. His portfolio also includes award-winning hospitality and restaurant projects, including the AIA-recognized design collaboration for GUNTHER & Co. in Baltimore.
